Refund Policy

Refunds we issue without being asked

  • Coverage falls short. The coverage preview at checkout is a commitment. If the finished screening cannot meet it for your address, the system refunds the whole payment by itself and emails you a confirmation. No form, no request.
  • Charged twice. One order, two charges? The extra one is reversed the moment our monitoring notices it — and immediately if your email arrives first.

Refunds you can ask for

  • A material error on our side. Say you confirmed the correct property and the screening still covered a different one. Faults of that kind, once verified, are refunded in full — with a corrected screening following at no cost.

Making a request

Write to info@ecosi.global using the email you bought with, and include your screening number (HRF-…). An answer arrives within one business day. Once approved, a refund returns to the payment method you used; how fast depends on your bank, with five to ten business days being typical.

Where no refund applies

A screening is digital and arrives whole within minutes. Disagreeing with the official record it cites is not grounds for a refund: if a FEMA flood zone strikes you as stale, the formal dispute route can be added to your screening, but government maps sit outside our control. A screening in which every layer reads “Nothing found” is not grounds either — a clean record takes exactly the reading you paid for.
