1. The operator

Home RedFlags is run by EcoSi (“we”, “us”, the “Operator”). We offer one thing: an address-level screening of the public environmental record for a single US residential address. This page sets out which personal information passes through https://homeredflags.ecosi.global (the “Site”), what happens to it, and the controls available to you.

2. What we hold

Your email. Used to send the receipt, the link to your screening, and any coverage or checkout alert you asked us for.
The address you screen. Needed to match it against official records and build the screening report. We attach no meaning to the search itself: whether that address is your home, a listing you like, or pure curiosity is invisible to us.
Payment details. These stay with the payment provider once card checkout is live. What reaches us is a paid/unpaid signal; full card numbers never touch our systems.
Technical signals. Security and normal operation of the Site depend on the server automatically recording an IP address, a browser signature and cookie values. Details live in the Cookie Notice.
Messages you send us. Support email and “Report an issue” submissions, together with any files you attach.

Special categories of personal information — biometrics among them — sit entirely outside what we collect.

3. Why we hold it

building, delivering and keeping available the screening you paid for;
taking payment and screening out fraud, through the payment provider;
handling support questions and looking into reported data problems;
sending only the alerts you specifically requested, such as coverage or checkout availability;
running, protecting and refining the Site itself.

Selling personal information, or handing it over for cross-context behavioral advertising, is something we simply do not do. Marketing email does not exist here — the only messages we send are the ones you asked for by name.

4. Rights you can exercise

State law — in California, the CCPA together with its CPRA amendments — may give you the right to know what we hold about you, to correct it, and to have it deleted, without any penalty for asking. An opt-out of sale would have nothing to act on: no personal information is sold here, and none is shared for advertising in the first place.

To use any of these rights — including full removal of your screening and email address — write to info@ecosi.global from the address you purchased with. Within 30 days you will have confirmation that the deletion is done, the only exception being records we are legally required to keep. The same deletion disables every share link you had created.

5. Where data travels

Assembling the ten layers of public record means querying government data services — the Census Bureau’s geocoder, plus APIs operated by FEMA, EPA, USFWS, USGS and the USDA Forest Service. Each query contains only the property address, sent either as a text string or as a coordinate pair. Neither your name nor your email travels with it.

When card checkout is live, the payment provider receives the order details a transaction requires. Hosting and email-delivery vendors handle data for us under standard data-protection agreements. Where a law compels disclosure, we comply.

6. Storage and safeguards

A purchased screening stays stored so it remains available to you; support threads are held only until the matter is closed. TLS protects every connection, and only staff with a reason to touch production data can reach it. A private link is the sole route to each screening. Share links you create stay read-only, and revoking one kills it on the spot.

7. Minors

This is a service for adults. Anyone under 16 is outside its audience, and their data is not knowingly collected or kept.

8. Updates and reaching us
